BookRec was founded by Liz Moerman.
She is currently pursuing her MBA at Harvard Business School. Before that, she left high school early to attend the University of Southern California through its early-entrance program. After graduating, she worked in marketing at NVIDIA.
Most importantly, she ran a multi-book fandom account on Instagram at the age of 12. From an early age, she's understood how powerful books, shared taste, and recommendations can be when it comes to building community and connection between people.
